Department of Electrical, Electronic and Communication Engineering (EECE)


Electrical, Electronic and Communication Engineering (EECE) Dept has started its journey since 2003 with 45 students in the first batch (EECE-1). With the passage of time the Dept has received more ten batches (EECE-2 to EECE-11) in the academic year 2004 to 2013. The main focus of the EECE Department is on three major areas: Power & energy, electronics and communication in the undergraduate curricula. The expertise of the faculty members of this Department ranges from power systems to VLSI technology. The research areas of teachers and students of this Department include power, energy, electrical machines, solid state device, signals and systems, signal processing, image processing, device modeling, power electronics, control engineering, high voltage engineering, etc. The Department provides well equipped laboratories with the latest models of PCs and state of the art equipment.
